Description

Diakon Radish is a winter radish used to improve soil tilth, reduce soil compaction, and assist in recycling deep hard-to-reach nutrients. The radish decomposes quickly in the spring, leaving large holes in the soil which assist in enhancing soil aeration and water penetration. This can be beneficial for no-till growers, or others looking to reduce spring tillage.

The tops are palatable to livestock and wildlife, which makes them a perfect addition in fall pasture blends, as well as wildlife blends.
